Our New Nursery Director - Donna Green

Donna Green  “My name is Donna Green. I am from Lake Charles and grew up going to St. Michael's. Most of you know my mom, Harriet Green, and many of you know my son, Benji Owens, who also grew up going to St. Michael's. I enjoy working with little children.

Donations of Christian toys and religious/bible books for infants through age 6 to the nursery are welcome.”

Donna is certified through the Diocese in Safe Church practices. The nursery is available for parents of infants through 1st graders from 7:45-11:45 every Sunday. Children older than 1st grade are encouraged to attend the Godly Play Sunday School program

Youth Group News

The youth are breathing new life into the old parish hall kitchen located in the east wing of the church building. Their vision is to use the kitchen as a youth coffee house and food preparation station. You can support their efforts by in-kind donations of the items listed below or by donating funds to purchase these items.

We are also asking parishioners to support the youth by cooking or donating meals for the youth group meeting every Sunday night. There is a meal sign-up sheet on the narthex table and an electronic sign-up found at:
